She is the founder of Apple St, Applied Learning Styles - an organization that purposes to teach parents and teachers about utilizing the inherent learning style and personality of a child towards an effective learning experience. Cynthia specializes in "strong willed children" and proclaims that quite often strong willed people are the most successful in life, so seeing Strong Will as a bad trait is the wrong way to view the trait.
Oh, and the tips she gives in regards to dealing with children are applicable to if you are married or dealing with a strong willed ADULT as well!
